Modifiers, seat numbers and quantities are all set on the modifier screen, before you tap Done.

Add modifiers

1. Tap an item that has modifiers. The POS shows its modifier options.
2. Tap each modifier you need. Selected modifier buttons are highlighted, and each one is added to the ticket panel as you go.
3. Tap Done to return to the Order screen.

To back out entirely, tap Remove Item. That removes the item from the ticket and returns you to the Order screen.

Add a seat number

1. In the bottom panel, tap Seat.
2. Enter the seat number on the keypad.
3. If you want it, type the guest name in the Customer Name box.

Do this if the table might split by seat later. The By Seat split only works when items already carry seat numbers.

Change the quantity

1. In the bottom panel, tap Quantity.
2. Enter the new quantity on the keypad.

The seat number and quantity both display next to the item once it is on the ticket.
