DO NOT CHANGE DOORDASH STORE HOURS IN DOORDASH DIRECTLY.

DoorDash hours must be changed through Genius portal.

The only exception is specific scheduled deviations such as being closed for a Holiday which you must handle directly through DoorDash as only they can schedule future closures.

1. In the portal navigate to the Hamburger menu in the top left > Location Setup > Online Ordering > Online Ordering tab
   
   
2. Scroll down to the scheduling section and select the Third Party Ordering tab.
   
   
   
3. Each day has an individual group. Do not change groups or days. Edit each day's schedule as required. When done hit save in the bottom right.
   
   
   
4. Publish your new schedule by hitting the arrow in the top left of the screen. DoorDash will take a few minutes to finish processing the update.
