Digital Dining: How to Change your Tax Rate(s)


Good News!
Changing Tax Rates in Digital Dining is easy. 
Here is the Step by Step:
  1. Open and login to Digital Dining Setup (Start – All Programs – Digital Dining – Setup)
  2. Click Taxes and Tax Rates
  3. Type the new/correct Tax Rate in the Percent Rate filed
  4. Hit Save
  5. Click Next
  6. Repeat the same steps for all Tax Rates until the Next button is grayed out.
  7. Close Digital Dining Setup
  8. Restart / Reboot all POS terminals.
