Adjusting Time and Attendance
In the Office program, go to “Staff” > “Time and Attendance” > “Time and Attendance Transactions”.
In this window, select the date or date range you want to see to adjust the staff members hours by selecting the Start Date and End Date. If editing just a single day make both dates the same.
• The “Time In” and “Time Out” are in a 24 hour time clock, so you will need to make sure that you adjust accordingly otherwise it will tell you the start time could not be after the end time. Use the following chart to assist you in finding the correct PM time:

You can change a staff members time by selecting the time in the “Time In” and / or “Time Out” column, and changing the time accordingly.
After you made the adjustment to the staff member, you will need to enter a reason for the change in the “Reason for change” field.
Once you have typed in the reason, press “Save”, you can now move on to the next staff member. If making a batch of changes, you can also use the “Same as last reason” button to fill in the the last reason you had entered.
Adding a Staff Member That Did Not Clock In
Go to the date or date range you need to add that staff member to.
Locate the “Add” button on the top left.
Then click on the “Staff Name” field for the new line that was just created.
Type in the name of the staff to be added in the “Find Staff” window and
highlight and press “Ok”.
Now you can adjust the staff members hours accordingly, and if
necessary, you can still adjust the date by selecting the date on the “Date
In” column, you will only be able to change the date before you save.
You can also select the department under the “Department” column for
the change.
You will then need to enter a reason for the change, under the “Reason
for change” field, and now you can press “Save”.
