What ships in the Genius for Enterprise platform, per the Global Payments launch announcement.
Hardware and operating system agnostic, with real time data sync, conversational ordering, offline capabilities and centralised management. There is a bespoke version for managed foodservice environments, built for high volume operations across corporate campuses, schools and healthcare systems.
A fully integrated payment stack tailored to enterprise restaurants, supporting multiple tender types, EMV compliance and fast, secure transactions.
Real time order routing, order bumping and claiming logic, and device flexibility. See Kitchen display and the ingredient model for how this is actually configured.
Configurable reporting and detailed insight across sales, inventory and labour.
An end to end package: loop detectors, camera systems, intelligent order confirmation units, and a fully integrated vision system that automates order initiation and maintains order sequence.
Digital signage with real time menu updates and pricing sync, for indoor and outdoor environments.
A customisable guest interface integrating loyalty and payment options.
Launched in the United States. Genius is also available for quick service restaurants in the United Kingdom.
The module list is long and not every module is right for every site. The drive thru vision system and the managed foodservice POS variant in particular are specialised. Confirm what is in scope with Global Payments before quoting, because the enterprise platform is configured to the customer rather than sold as a fixed bundle.
