What the platform is, how the pieces fit, and the vocabulary the rest of the course uses. - Session 2 — Admin Portal
Navigating the back office: locations, staff, permissions, settings. - Session 3 — Item creation
Building items, sizes, modifiers and the menu structure they sit in. - Session 4 — Kitchen display, kiosk and online ordering
Where orders go after they are sent, and the ordering channels beyond the POS. - Session 5 — Merchant app
What the operator sees away from the restaurant. - Session 6 — Start of day, end of day and reporting
The daily cycle: opening, server banks, Daily Review, closing, and reading the reports. - Session 7 — Printing and troubleshooting
Printer templates, routing, backups, and diagnosing what is not printing.
