Instructions:
Please follow the steps below to complete the staff list and submit it to your project manager:
1. Download the Attached Staff List:
• Open the file and review the first example entry.
2. Fill Out the Fields for Each Staff Member:
• First Name: Enter the staff member’s first name.
• Last Name: Enter the staff member’s last name.
• Login Pin: If the staff member doesn’t have a login pin assigned yet, we recommend using the last 4 digits of their phone number.
• Job Type(s): Specify the job role(s) of the staff member (e.g., Server, Bartender) separated by commas.
• Pay Rate: Enter the hourly pay rate. If they're salary leave blank.
• Overtime Rate: The overtime pay rate is automatically calculated.
• No Clock In Required?: Indicate whether the staff member does not need to clock in (false for no, true for yes).
• Payroll ID (Optional): If applicable, provide the Payroll ID.
• Notes: Add any relevant notes for this staff member.
3. Review the Completed List:
• Ensure all fields are correctly filled out.
• If any fields are not applicable, leave them blank.
4. Save the Updated File:
• Once you have completed filling in the information, save the file to your computer.
5. Submit the File:
• Email the updated staff list to your project manager or to onboarding@posspecialists.com.
