Access to the OpenTable integration is now available for the locations mentioned above.

Important Reminder: Aligning tables between Heartland Restaurant and OpenTable is one of the most important requirements to making sure the integration is successful.

Here is a quick run through of the onboarding process:
  1. Log into the Heartland Admin Portal, select the location, and navigate to Integrations.
  2. Click New, select OpenTable from the dropdown as the Integration Type, and click Save.
  3. Copy the Site ID and provide this to the merchant.
  4. The merchant will need to access their OpenTable account for the location, and navigate to the Integration option listed under Admin.
  5. The merchant will then select the Heartland Restaurant tile from the list of available POS integrations and then click Connect.
  6. The merchant will then enter the provided Site ID that was generated in the Heartland Admin Portal Integration setup and click verify.
  7. The merchant will then compare and confirm that the restaurant data received matches the restaurant data that has been provided and then click Activate.
  8. You can then confirm on the Integration setup page in the Heartland Admin Portal that onboarding status is set to complete

You will need access to your OpenTable account. 

Here is what we will be working on: 
Exactly match the table numbers/names between Heartland Restaurant and OpenTable
Access your OpenTable account for the location, and navigate to the Integration option listed under Admin.
Select the Heartland Restaurant tile from the list of available POS integrations and then click Connect.
Enter the provided Site ID and click verify.
Compare and confirm that the restaurant data received matches the restaurant data that has been provided and then click Activate.
