QSR Routing and Timing for Tickets with a Promise Time

This article describes how to configure QSR Automations Connectsmart Kitchen Builder so that Heartland Restaurant orders with a Promise time show up before the Promise time on QSR kitchen displays.
Prerequisite is CSK version 2020 or higher.
On the Destinations Tab:
Future Order Delay is to specify that future orders should be held in Kitchen and released to displays in time to be prepared by the scheduled pickup/promise time.
If <Apply future order delay> is disabled/unchecked for a Destination, then orders with promise times for that Destination will be released immediately, regardless of their pickup/promise time.

For Example:
Customer places order at 6:00pm and provides a pickup time for 7:00pm
The Cook Time of the items = 10 minutes (If no cook times are specified then the Default Cook Time from the Transaction Manager will be used.)
This will route the check to the kitchen 10 minutes before the pickup time so that it is hot and ready on arrival.

If you wanted to have this order ready 5 minutes before the customer arrives, this would be identified by the Quoting Scheme.
Select the 5 minute Quoting scheme so now the check will route back to the kitchen 15 minutes before pickup time, with 10 minutes to cook, ready to sell 5 minutes before the customer arrives.
Number of minutes before the Promise Time an order shows up on kitchen displays = Cook Time + Quote Time
