Portico Direct is the online ordering payment route for Genius locations. Setting it up touches two screens in the Admin Console.

1. Confirm online ordering is on

1. In the Admin Console Main Menu, click Location Setup, then Online Ordering.
2. On the General tab, confirm the location has online ordering enabled and has a subdomain in the URL Subdomain box.

2. Allow manual card entry

1. In the Main Menu, click Payment Gateway.
2. Open the In-Store Settings tab.
3. Select Allow manual entry for credit cards.

3. Complete the online boarding panel

1. Click the Online Settings tab. The online boarding panel opens.
2. Enter Restaurant Name, Merchant ID, Street Address and City, State, ZIP.
3. In Please Return the Parameter Form to, enter the dealership name the completed boarding form should come back to.
4. Click Save.
5. When the panel closes, enter the remaining credentials on the Online Settings tab and click Save.

Verify

Place a real order on the location online ordering URL, pay it with a live card, and confirm it arrives on the POS and prints to the kitchen. Then refund it. Do not hand a site an online ordering setup you have not ordered from yourself.
