OT needs the following four pieces of information for their setup.

• Site ID: 
  • 8 characters
  • First 7 characters of the Restaurant Name (found on the HardLock license) followed by the number 1
  • Special Characters are skipped
  • If the Restaurant Name is less than 7 characters add the number 1 multiple times until the Site ID has 8 characters
• Merchant ID:
  • 6 digits
  • Last 6 digits of Site Registration Number followed by 00
• Web Services URL:
  • http://xx.xx.xx.xx/ddgcwebservice/ddgiftcertificatewebservice.asmx
• Gift Card Numbers:
  • 12 digits
  • Merchant ID and 000000 through Merchant ID and 100000

We create the Site ID and Merchant ID. DD does not use either number. They are meaningless but OT still wants them

Gift Card numbers need need to be different from the restaurant’s physical gift card numbers.
