Submit Your Gift Card Data

Please use the form below to submit your gift card data from any previous gift card providers. In order to import existing gift cards to Heartland Gift, we will need:
  1. Full un-redacted Gift Card numbers (not xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-12345)
  2. The amounts remaining on the gift cards
  3. Any outstanding unsold inventory card numbers or ranges
  4. Photos of a current unsold gift card with the full numbers visible
We will have to have this as an Excel or CSV file the day of the Go Live. So please be proactive in figuring out how to obtain this from your current gift card provider. It may be sitting in an easily obtainable report on your current POS or it might be behind lock and key on their server requiring you to call them. Start this process today so there's no disruption of your ability to accept gift cards.

Please note: photos of screens or scanned documents of gift card data will be rejected.
