Thanks for choosing Heartland Restaurant, we're as excited as you are to get you setup with your new Point of Sale system. Let's go over the process to have a successful install.
  1. Schedule the intro call with your Onboarding Specialist: Click Here to Schedule!
  2. Fill out the New Customer Survey
  3. Submit all data required as outlined for: 
    1. Menus
    2. Staff
    3. Floor Plans
    4. Logos
    5. POS Location Photos
    6. Gift Cards
    7. Door Dash
  4. Watch the HRPOS Basics video courses: Click Here!
  5. After the menu is complete, we will follow up with a menu review and additional training
  6. Release your equipment to ship to you: Click Here!
  7. Schedule the Install & Go Live!
